By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with this Policy. Its purpose is to maintain a lawful and respectful environment for all users and to prevent misuse of artificial intelligence technologies.

You may not use the Services to create, generate, upload, store, or distribute content that:

  • Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
  • Constitutes or depicts child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Promotes violence, terrorism, harassment, or hate speech targeting individuals or groups
  • Encourages or facilitates illegal activity or fraud
  • Contains malware, viruses, or other malicious or harmful code
  • Attempts to circumvent platform safeguards, content filters, or access restrictions

2. Identity and Likeness

You may not use the Services to impersonate or misrepresent real individuals. Content depicting identifiable persons may only be created where such use is lawful and does not violate rights of publicity, privacy, defamation, or any other applicable legal protection.

You are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary consents, licences, and permissions before generating or distributing content that uses the likeness, identity, voice, or persona of any identifiable person.

3. Intellectual Property

You may not use the Services to generate or distribute content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others. You are responsible for ensuring that all content you create or distribute does not violate copyright, trademark, trade dress, or any other intellectual property protection.

4. Platform Integrity

You may not:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
  • Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the platform or its infrastructure
  • Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to abuse API rate limits or quotas
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or data
  • Resell or sublicence access to the Services without authorisation

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation of this Policy. Where we determine a violation has occurred, we may take any of the following actions at our sole discretion:

  • Remove or disable access to content
  • Suspend or permanently terminate user accounts
  • Restrict access to specific features or endpoints
  • Report unlawful activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities

Enforcement decisions are final and made at the sole discretion of Model Pipeline AI Inc.

6. Updates to This Policy

This Policy may be updated periodically to address new risks, regulatory developments, or changes to our Services. Continued use of the Services after updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
