Model Pipeline AI Inc. respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of ImagePipeline to do the same. If you believe that content available through our Services infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

1. Filing a DMCA Notice

A valid DMCA notice must include all of the following:

  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • A description of the allegedly infringing material and its location on our platform
  • Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use has not been authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

2. Submitting a Notice

DMCA notices should be sent to: hello@imagepipeline.io

Upon receiving a valid and complete notice, we will review it promptly and may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material pending investigation.

3. Counter-Notifications

If you believe your content was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of a United States federal district court and agreement to accept service of process from the original complainant
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed material unless the original complainant files a court action within the applicable statutory period.

4. Repeat Infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others. Accounts subject to multiple valid DMCA notices may be suspended or permanently terminated at our sole discretion.
