Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Model Pipeline AI Inc. ("ImagePipeline", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our Services. By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including account registration details, billing information, API credentials, and content you submit through our Services. We also collect usage data, log files, and technical information about your interactions with our platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, operate, and improve our Services; process payments and manage your account; communicate with you about your account and our Services; enforce our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy; and comply with legal obligations.

3. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain session state, analyse usage patterns, and improve the platform experience. You may control cookie preferences through your browser settings, though some features may not function correctly without cookies.

4. Third-Party Services

We use third-party service providers for payment processing, cloud infrastructure, analytics, and customer support. These providers are contractually required to handle your information securely and only for the purposes we specify.

5. How We Share Your Information

5.1 Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating our platform, subject to confidentiality obligations.

5.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, including court orders, subpoenas, or government requests.

5.3 Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, asset sale, financing, or insolvency proceeding, your information may be transferred to successor entities as part of that transaction.

5.4 With Your Consent

We may share your information for any other purpose with your explicit prior consent.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to:

  • Provide you with our Services
  • Comply with legal obligations, including tax and accounting requirements
  • Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements
  • Maintain records for legal and regulatory compliance
  • Investigate potential violations or illegal activity

Generated Content: Images and prompts submitted through the Services are stored temporarily to allow users to retrieve results. Generated content and associated prompts are automatically deleted from our primary systems within 30 days of creation and cannot be recovered after deletion.

ImagePipeline does not permanently store generated media and does not use your prompts or generated content to train AI models, unless explicitly stated for specific enterprise service agreements.

Certain limited data — such as billing records, security logs, and account activity summaries — may be retained for longer periods where required for fraud prevention, security monitoring, or legal compliance.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational security measures including:

  • Encryption of data in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest
  • Access controls and multi-factor authentication mechanisms
  • Continuous security monitoring and anomaly detection
  • Secure cloud infrastructure and storage systems

While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not intended for individuals under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately at hello@imagepipeline.io and we will take steps to delete such information. Users aged 13–18 must have parental or guardian consent to use our Services.

9. Your Privacy Rights

9.1 General Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Request deletion of your data, subject to legal obligations
  • Object to or request restriction of processing
  • Request data portability in a machine-readable format
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

9.2 California Residents (CCPA)

California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. ImagePipeline does not sell personal information.

9.3 European Residents (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

9.4 Do Not Track

Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" signals. Because there is no universally accepted standard for responding to these signals, our Services do not currently modify behaviour in response to such signals.

9.5 Exercising Your Rights

To exercise any of your privacy rights, contact us at hello@imagepipeline.io. We may require identity verification before processing your request. Requests will be addressed within 30 days.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. By using our Services, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer of your information to the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.

11. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Policy with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
