Model Pipeline AI Inc. is committed to the responsible development and deployment of artificial intelligence technologies. ImagePipeline provides tools for generating images, videos, and other media using machine learning models. We aim to ensure these tools are used in a lawful, ethical, and transparent manner.
1. Safety and Misuse Prevention
We implement safeguards designed to reduce the risk of harmful, illegal, or deceptive uses of AI generation systems. These safeguards include:
- Platform usage policies enforced at the account and API level
- Content moderation systems that detect and block prohibited outputs
- Ongoing monitoring for abuse patterns and policy violations
- Prompt filtering and output review mechanisms
No system is perfect. We continue to invest in improving these safeguards as the technology and threat landscape evolve.
2. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of AI-generated content complies with all applicable laws and respects the rights of others. This includes intellectual property rights, privacy rights, and rights of publicity.
You should not generate or distribute content that falsely represents real people, manipulates audiences in harmful ways, or is intended to deceive. If you are unsure whether a use case is permitted, review our Acceptable Use Policy or contact us before proceeding.
3. Transparency
Artificial intelligence systems may generate content that resembles real people, existing artworks, or other third-party material. This is a characteristic of generative AI that users must be aware of. You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before publishing or distributing them.
Where content depicts identifiable individuals or closely resembles existing works, additional care — and potentially legal advice — may be appropriate before commercial use.
4. No Training on Your Data
ImagePipeline does not use your prompts, inputs, or generated outputs to train AI models, unless you have explicitly agreed to this under a separate enterprise arrangement. Generated content is deleted from our systems within 30 days.
5. Continuous Improvement
Responsible AI is an ongoing commitment, not a one-time policy. We regularly review our safety practices, update our content policies, and work with legal and ethical advisers to ensure our platform evolves responsibly as AI technology advances.
